Our team of home doctors work in conjunction with daytime medical services to provide patients with access to full, comprehensive care around the clock.

Our service is also known as the Medical Deputising Service. The role of Medical Deputising Service is to support general practice and provide continuity of care to patients outside normal opening hours.

Our support office is open within regular office hours to field any enquiries or mitigate any issues arising as part of our service.

Call Centre Team

We also employ an in-­house call centre team to quickly and easily facilitate bookings. These team members receive regular training and are kept up to date with all triaging procedures according to the latest RACGP standards.
